We focus on building long-term relationships with our customers. We treat each client with the utmost care and focus on their needs and expectations. Translations are carried out by adequately selected translators. All orders are carried out by highly qualified translators who have at least a few years’ experience. Most have worked in the profession for several years. No text is sent to a random person: we entrust a medical text to a translator who specialises in this field and is perfectly familiar with specialist medical terminology, and legal translations are most often done by sworn translators, as they are qualified to do so. Our collaborators are either people with philological or linguistic education who have become experts in a particular field, or translators with specialist education, e.g. in technical fields, who are perfectly familiar with in the ins and outs of a particular industry and specialised terminology.

We provide translations in many languages. The opportunities to travel and do business on different continents create a demand for translations in various languages. Most often, we translate texts into the most popular languages: English, German, Italian, Spanish or Czech, but we can easily organise translation into dozens of other, less popular languages as well. We have recently even translated into Maltese.

We offer translations with additional services. There is an option to order a translation with additional editing, proofreading and graphic processing. Each translation undergoes our internal proofreading and quality control procedures.

Clients can count on professional care by project managers. Each project is supervised by a well-trained and experienced project manager who knows the specifics of the client’s business. Project managers are aware of the nuances that matter and make sure that all stages of the work are carried out in accordance with our quality standards and the client’s guidelines.

We use advanced translation tools. We use them to create translation memories and glossaries that help us provide translations in a fully professional and more efficient manner. Our databases make it possible to maintain the consistency of terminology and style with orders previously carried out for the same client. This helps us take care of the accuracy and highest quality of translations.
